As an international, multi-disciplinary, peer-refereed journal, the
International Journal of the Asian Philosophical Association (IJAPA)
tries to provide a platform for the publication for the scholars from
any country on issues related to an interdisciplinary study of Asian
civilizations and as such comparative studies are also appreciated.
The journal welcomes original and scholarly investigations that pay
attention to philosophical approach. The papers may represent a
variety of theoretical perspectives and different methodological
approaches.
Submissions
We require Chicago Manual of style for the articles mainly in the
humanities (philosophy, literature, arts and history) but articles in
social sciences may be submitted with the APA format. Since there is
no strict dividing line between these disciplines we prefer to use
both formats.
The journal may publish articles that have already been published
before provided that there is no copyright infringement. Such
articles must be important for Asian studies and must have a
significant impact previously. This way we aim at bringing these
ideas to a wider reader circles in Asian countries.
Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically by
electronic mail (asianphia(at)gmail.com). Authors are requested to
submit the text, tables, and artwork in electronic form to this
address.
